Ingredients:
– 44 ml gin
– 11 ml Agropošta elderflower syrup
– 59 ml pineapple juice
– Juice from one lemon
– 11 ml grenadine
– 1 egg white
– A little bit of lavender bitter
Preparation:
Add gin, Agropošta elderflower syrup, pineapple juice, lemon juice, bitter, grenadine, and ice. Shake until the shaker becomes very cold, drain the ice, add the egg white, and continue shaking for another 20 to 30 seconds. Filter into a glass with ice and add frozen pieces of fruit. Enjoy!
