Flavors
Fruit and plants from the region
Our syrups are made according to a traditional Croatian recipe from fruit and plants from the region. Read more about the 7 different flavors that we offer and where each ingredient comes from.
Strawberry
The strawberries are the first to be picked as soon as spring starts. We pick the strawberries by hand and ensure that only the tastiest strawberries are used in the syrup. This richly filled strawberry syrup tastes just like a strawberry should taste. A delicious sweet thirst quencher.
Lemon
Our lemonade has a fresh sour taste, made from the most mature lemons in the Mediterranean. Every lemon is picked, cut, and squeezed by hand in order to test the ripeness and avoid the bitter aroma that can often occur in process of whole lemons.
Raspberry
The deep red raspberry fruit is picked from plantations all over Croatia, and when the weather conditions are perfect it can even appear across the many forests of Lika. Warm days and fresh nights give our raspberries a rich aroma and sweet-sour taste. Hand-picking and gentle and precise processing make our raspberry the best representative of its sort.
Elderflower
Europeans have been in love with the taste of elderflowers since the Roman times when its flowers were used to flavor food and drink. The intense and clear taste and smell of elderflowers come from a special variety that grows in the continental part of Croatia. We use only fresh flowers picked at the right moment when the flower’s aroma is optimal.
Lavender
We use the organic Lavandula Angustifolia plant that grows at small farms in the continental part of Croatia. The cooler climate favorably affects this plant, making the taste of the flowers lush and soft. Careful hand-picking and precise processing guarantee delight with every sip.
Mint
Out of more than 200 varieties of mint, we have chosen Spearmint because of its distinct but mild taste. The green freshness is turned into an ideal summer refreshment cooling your senses with its sweet and sour taste. Ideal aroma for hot summer days.
Sage
A taste explosion of young, wild sage flowers that are picked exactly when the bud becomes a flower. At that moment, the plant releases its honey resin scent. Known for centuries for its healing properties, we hand-pick sage on the slopes of Dalmatia. An additional reason for enjoyment at any point in the day.
