Elderflower

Europeans have been in love with the taste of elderflowers since the Roman times when its flowers were used to flavor food and drink. 

The intense and clear taste and smell of elderflowers come from a special variety that grows in the continental part of Croatia. 

We use only fresh flowers picked at the right moment when the flower’s aroma is optimal.
