A classic Derby is made with gin, peach bitters and mint. Very tasty, but we have made our own version that is at least as festive. Our raspberry syrup gives this drink an instant flavour boost, which is complemented by the fresh-sour juice of lemon and orange.

Method: Shake & fine strain in chilled glass
Garnish: Sprig of thyme
Ingredients
- 30 ml Agropošta raspberry syrup
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 60 ml orange juice
- 4 sprigs of thyme
Preparation
Shake the raspberry syrup with the lemon and orange juice and thyme sprigs with ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour the drink first through a Hawthorne strainer and then through a finestrainer into a coupe. Garnish with an extra sprig of thyme.
