Paloma cocktail comes from Mexico and is based on tequila and grapefruit. It is often served with a pinch of salt, so it can taste similar to Margarita.
We made an irresistible non-alcoholic version of Paloma, with the flowery, fresh, and sweet flavor of elderflower as a contrast to grapefruit.
Flavor: Slightly botter – sour – refreshing
Ingredients:
- 20 ml Agropošta elderflower syrup
- 20 ml grapefruit juice
- Fever-Tree tonic per taste
Preparation:
Pour elderflower syrup and grapefruit juice into a glass. Then add some tonic per taste, stir, and serve with a grapefruit slice and a branch of rosemary.
